柴油车污染排放控制应用研究

    针对我国重型柴油车NOxPM排放污染问题,自主设计研发了具有国际先进水平的NH3-SCR催化剂及其制备技术,建成年产70万套重型柴油车用催化转化器生产线,完成了SCR系统与柴油车的匹配集成、车型配套与达标认证,实现了国IV达标规模化应用。获国家科技进步奖二等奖。

一.高性能SCR催化剂开发与生产

  

ü    根据国产重型柴油机排放特性及车用柴油硫含量高的现状,通过催化剂活性组分调变与制备技术的优化,显著提高了传统钒基催化剂的低温活性与耐热性能,实现了切合我国应用特点的钒基催化剂国产化,产品性能达到国际先进水平。

 

ü    开发了基于国产大尺寸堇青石载体SCR催化剂涂覆成型工艺技术,建设了70万套SCR催化转化器全自动生产线,产品可使国产重型柴油车排放满足国IV标准,并批量供应国内外重型卡车市场。

二. 系统匹配控制集成与应用

 

ü       实现了自主研发的SCR催化转化器、还原剂供给装置和控制系统的匹配集成与认证;完成了高寒、高热和高原标定以及累计数百万公里的可靠性验证。

 

ü    该项满足国IV排放标准的重型柴油车排放污染控制SCR后处理集成系统,打破了国外技术和产品垄断,价格较同类进口产品降低50%以上。至今,已在国产重型柴油车上实现了近40万台/套的规模化应用,获国家科技进步二等奖。
