氨选择性催化还原(NH3-SCR) NOx研究

由于化石燃料燃烧(固定源和移动源)排放到大气中的氮氧化物(NOx)所引发的酸沉降、光化学烟雾、灰霾是当今突出的环境问题。 NH3选择性催化还原NOxNH3-SCR)是当前固定源和移动源控制NOx排放的主要技术。研究开发环境友好、高活性、宽活性温度窗口的SCR催化剂是大气环境保护的现实需求。

 

一.环境友好的铁钛复合氧化物催化剂

   

    采用共沉淀法首次成功合成了新型FeTiOx催化剂,FeTi物种在原子尺度高度分散、紧密结合,在保持高NH3-SCR活性的同时有效提高了耐硫性能。


 

二.新型Ce基氧化物催化剂

将稀土元素Ce作为NH3-SCR催化剂的主活性组分,成功制备了一系列Ce基氧化物催化剂 (CeTiOx, CeWOx),实现了宽温度窗口内的NOx高效净化, CeWOx催化剂更表现出优异的抗高空速性能。

        通过均匀沉淀法制备的Ce0.2TiOX催化剂具有更宽的操作温度窗口

 

三.具有高稳定性的铜基小孔分子筛和铁分子筛催化剂

 柴油机后处理技术的发展要求SCR催化剂具有高活性、宽活性温度窗口、高水热稳定性。通过一步合成法(和浙江大学肖丰收教授合作),制备了具有高NH3-SCR活性和优异水热稳定性的Cu基菱沸石小孔分子筛Cu-SSZ-13Cu-SAPO-34,以及具有高水热稳定性的铁分子筛催化剂。
